Description
Suggesting that as Thursday and Friday next are the last student days on which the picture frame glasses in the Gallery will be cleaned under the present regime it might be well if he could attend here with the foreman whom he proposes to entrust with the work, so they may see the nature of the cleaning required, although it will be undesirable that he should hold any conservation with the men at present employed.
