Informing him that on 14 Jul a telegram from the National Gallery addressed to Lady Eastlake, 2 Adelaide Place, King's Road, Windsor, was handed to the West Strand Telegraph Office and a shilling paid for the message and a shilling for the reply but Lady Eastlake says that the telegram was never received, and could the correspondent make enquiry as to why the telegram was not delivered.
