Wray will be able to copy the picture she is interested in from the 8 April. The picture will not be available before that because it needs to be exhibited in the space currently occupied by a picture that another student is copying. The Gallery will be closed for the Easter week, and will be open to the public every day of the week after Easter. The 8 April is therefore the first date when copying will be possible.
