Seven letters from A.H. Bouwens relating to an offer of paintings by Dutch artists, including 'An Interior with Two Ladies' by van der Meer, portraits by Konnig and Bol, 'Turkeys' by Hondecoeter, a landscape by Beerstraeten, 'Beheading of St. Joshua by de Crayer', and works allegedly by de Hooch, Rubens, Murillo, Bakhuizen(?), de Braekeleer, Steen, van Meer, Cuyp, Huchtenburg, Vermeer etc. The letter has been annoted to note that offer was declined
