Correspondence with the NACF relating to potential acquisitions. Includes offer and acceptance letters for Giovanni di Paulo's 'Saints Sebastian and Fabian', presented in memory of Robert Ross, and a panel painting of two Saints by Ugolino da Siena, presented through the Fund by the Earl of Crawford and Balcarres.

Other pictures mentioned in the correspondence include a picture by Brueghel, a Jan Lys presented by Ward, pictures by Arentz and Diepraem presented by Dr Seymour Maynard and an Elsheimer presented by Mr Walter Burns
