1. Resignation of Chair
1.1. The Board accepted the resignation of the Chair, who had stepped down on 22 May. The Deputy Chair said that he would write to him on the Board’s behalf.
1.2. The Deputy Chair left the meeting.
2. Appointment of Interim Chair
2.1. The Chair of the Governance Committee took over the Chair.
2.2. The Board unanimously appointed the Deputy Chair to be Interim Chair until a new Chair was appointed.
