Jane Pittom's legacy gift

Supporting learning for future generations

Jane Pittom, a long-standing legacy pledger and supporter, thoughtfully left a legacy gift of £5,000 in her will to the National Gallery Learning Department

Jane was a legacy pledger since 2001, and regularly attended our legacy events, education talks and workshops. She had a huge dedication to, and passion for, the work of the National Gallery, in particular the Learning Department, where she dedicated her gift. This has enabled us to continue our programmes for young visitors such as Take One Picture and online talks and workshops.

Our learning programmes offer opportunities for all ages, abilities and needs. Many of our learning activities are free and our outreach projects enable us to engage audiences who are less able to visit the Gallery.

By leaving a gift in your will, no matter how large or small, you can help to maintain and develop our learning programmes and inspire people of all ages for generations to come. Find out more about how your gift helps here.
