Do I need to book a ticket for my guest? (Member and Guest Membership)

Yes. If you have a Member + Guest account and would like to bring a guest to the Gallery, please ensure you book a ticket for yourself and your guest.

Can I change or cancel my exhibition ticket?

Exhibition tickets are non exchangeable and non-refundable as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you would like to speak to someone further about your order please email us at tickets@nationalgallery.org.uk.

Can I gift someone an exhibition ticket?

No, we don’t offer gift vouchers for exhibition tickets. We would recommend purchasing a Gift Membership, which allows a year of access to exhibitions and other Member benefits.

Do you have any walk up tickets available to visit the Gallery?

Yes. While we recommend booking in advance to visit the Galleries, we do have some space for walk ups. Please note you may need to queue for a short time during busy periods.
