Friday Lates: National Gallery 'Dreaming'

‘Dreaming’ is a playful and charming interactive experience that takes a meandering journey through the dense web of information about our collection; drawing associations between paintings, from their compositions and visual comparisons, as well as their factual relationships.

Displayed on our new large digital screen in the Sainsbury Wing Foyer ‘Dreaming’ analyses and transforms the collection and its myriad interconnected relationships using AI and computer vision techniques, drawing a rich, digital, knowledge map, based on the visitors’ responses in real time.
