Lauren Godfrey is an artist based in London. Her work invites interaction and collaboration, often swerving close to furniture or the quasi-useful. In recent work, fountains and sundials – elemental clichés – meet post-modern silhouettes and pattern overload. Collaborating with surrounding elements and viewers alike, Godfrey's work offers space to the viewer, whether it be to take a meditative moment in the company of trickling water or an invitation to interact and respond.
