The holiday prize, courtesy of the Normandy and Paris regions, visits three key destinations which inspired Monet: Paris, Giverny, and Rouen.
The break includes two nights' stay in Paris and one in Giverny in three- or four-star hotel accommodation, with return first-class travel from London to Paris. First-class train travel within Paris and Normandy is also part of the package so you can relax and travel in style.
With visits to the key fine art museums in Paris, Giverny, and Rouen included, you will be able to tick off all those must-see sites on your Impressionism bucket list. Terms and conditions
1.1. The promoters of this competition are Normandy Tourism and the National Gallery, London.
1.2. Entry in this prize draw implies acceptance of the following rules.
1.3. This prize draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees (and immediate family members) of the promoters or any other companies associated with the competition are excluded.
1.4. The prize draw opens on 9 April 2018 at 10.00am BST. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 31 May 2018 BST. No entries will be accepted after this time.
1.5. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the National Gallery privacy statement.
2.1. For your chance to win the prize, please fill in the online prize draw form. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.2. Entries are limited to one entry per household.
2.3. The promoters will not accept entries which are:

2.3.2. illegible, have been altered, tampered or reconstructed;

2.9. Multiple submissions of the same email address will only be counted as one entry into the prize draw.

3.1. The draw will take place on 1 June 2018 and the winner will be contacted by The National Gallery, London by email within 7 days.
3.2. The winner must respond to accept the prize within 7 days of receiving the email. If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

4.2. All components of the holiday package provided by Normandy Tourism will be booked and arranged by Normandy Tourism. The National Gallery, London has no responsibility or involvement in the arrangement of the holiday package.
4.3. Eurostar travel is subject to availability, which can be confirmed at the time of redemption. The Eurostar route is from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord.
4.4. Normandy Tourism will select the 3- or 4-star hotels in Paris and Rouen based on availability.
4.5. Museum opening times: Musée de l’Orangerie is closed on Tuesdays; Musée d’Orsay is closed on Mondays; Monet’s House in Giverny is open from 23 March 2018 to 1 November 2018; Musée de Impressionnismes de Giverny is open from 30 March 2018 to 4 November 2018 and closed from 16–26 July 2018 to change exhibition; Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rouen is closed on Tuesdays.
4.6. The prize winner is responsible for their passports, visa(s), travel insurance and travel within the United Kingdom, and all other costs not outlined in the holiday package above.
4.7. The Credit Suisse Exhibition: Monet & Architecture tickets at the National Gallery, London are valid until 29 July 2018, 10am–5pm daily, 10am–9pm on Fridays.
4.8. The holiday package prize must be booked by 1 August 2018, with travel completed by 1 November 2018. The promoters of the prize draw do not accept any liability should the winner not be able to take up the prize.
4.9. Promoters of this prize draw reserve the right to change the prize to a prize of equal value, should circumstances require this.
4.10. Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges such as hotel city taxes, shall be the responsibility of the winner.
4.11. When dates have been confirmed by the winner and hence a booking made by Normandy Tourism, then these dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in any way. If the winner chooses not to use the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void. Normandy Tourism will try to accommodate the winner and their companion with bookings of their choice, although this cannot be guaranteed.
4.12. All meals and other expenses are at the expense of the winner and their companion.
4.13. All Prizes are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for any other prize or cash value.
4.14. The trip is not refundable and there can be no claim on any form of compensation in case of cancellation.
5.1 The National Gallery, London reserves the right to amend these prize draw rules should circumstances beyond their control occur.
5.2. The National Gallery, London reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
5.3. Personal details will not be passed onto third parties or other organisations without prior permission of the entrants, with the exception of contacting the winner to redeem the prize.
5.4. In so far as is permitted by law, the promoters, their agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoters, their agents, or distributor. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
