Learn how to draw this notoriously difficult subject under the guidance of an art tutor

For centuries artists have found feet challenging to draw. This workshop gives you the opportunity to try for yourself and learn tips, while considering how artists have used feet to tell stories and convey emotions.

Artist John Close will help you create your own drawings, based on a mixture of direct observation, personal interpretation, and invention.

The day includes close-looking at paintings and opportunities to draw in a closed-off room in the Gallery.

Beginners are welcome and all materials are provided.
