Designed for those who are blind or partially sighted, this event explores Caravaggio’s painting through sound and touch.

The Supper at Emmaus shows the moment when two disciples discover that Christ has risen from the grave. Find out how, through dramatic gestures and the contrast of light and dark, Caravaggio conveys the shock and wonder of their discovery.

This event involves exploring raised glass diagrams while listening to descriptions of the painting through headphones.

Devised by art historian, Nataša Jovičić.
