A series containing the personal daily or travel diaries of significant directors or partners within Thos. Agnew & Sons, specifically: Thomas Agnew (senior), William Agnew, Charles Morland Agnew, Julian Agnew, and David Croal Thomson. These volumes may contain information pertaining to their work schedules and artworks visited whilst traveling, but often include more information re social engagements (this is especially the case within Charles Morland Agnew's daily diaries).
Please note: this series has been catalogued in the order the volumes were received by the National Gallery, rather than chronologically.
More recent volumes have been closed under the Data Protection Act.
