Description
One of three volumes used to keep track of engraving print stock, which are indexed by title. The following information is recorded under each print title:
- Date of acquisition ][ Number and type of prints in stock ][ Date of sale, number of prints sold, and buyer
- Stock numbers of prints (which can be traced back to the Print Stock Books at NGA27/3/1-7) may be recorded
- Miscellaneous print entries also include cost price and selling estimates
