Letter from H.W. Thawer to Locke Eastlake

The correspondent has been asked to interview Poynter for the Daily Graphic, and to also report on the dangers of fire in the Gallery because of its close proximity to an army barracks. Would Eastlake allow the correspondent onto the roof of the Gallery to sketch.
