Description
Stating that it is against to the rules of the Gallery for officers to give opinions or advice regarding pictures in personal collections and enquiries should be make before sending pictures to the Gallery for inspection. Should the letter not react him in time to prevent delivery of the picture could he arrange to have it collected again as soon as possible.
