Re Mr Scholefield's request that some of the Turner Drawings are loaned to Birmingham. A selection has been made to send to Birmingham and similar selections will be sent to the National Galleries of Ireland and Edinburgh should the Treasury authorise the Trustees to comply with these requests and give instructions as to who will be responsible for the drawings' care and preservation whilst on loan
