In a workshop led by sculptor Al Johnson, we will discuss the idea of articulating sculpture so that the position of the figure can be changed.

This was a technique used by the sculptors in the exhibition The Sacred Made Real. We will make basic articulated figures in soft timber, using simple joints. You will not need any carving experience for this workshop.
