Please note: Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced. Tickets offered for resale will be cancelled without refund and admission will be refused to the bearer.

Timed ticket entry*
Ticket holders should enter the exhibition at the Sainsbury Wing during the half hour time slot on their ticket.
You can stay as long as you like until closing procedures start, but there is no re-admission to the exhibition. The last ticket entry slot commences 1½ hours before closing time (e.g. 4.30–5pm entry for 6pm closing time).
Staff will start closing procedures 5 minutes before the advertised closing time.
Available online and at the Sainsbury Wing Ticket Desk only. By donating the cost of a standard ticket price, plus a minimum of 10%, the whole of your donation is eligible for Gift Aid at 25 pence in the pound.
Buying tickets through Ticketmaster
When purchasing tickets online please choose your delivery option. Tickets can be printed at home (via a secure email link) or posted to you one month before the admission date.
If you choose to print your tickets at home (Ticketfast) please ensure that you have A4 paper and black ink available and that you can open and print PDF files. A clear printout of your ticket is needed for entry to the exhibition.
