Turner Competition

To celebrate our exhibition Turner Inspired: In the Light of Claude, the British Pullman train, 51 Buckingham Gate, Taj Suites and Residences, and National Rail are offering one lucky winner a once-in-a-lifetime day trip for two on the British Pullman train, plus an overnight stay in the beautiful five-star central London hotel, 51 Buckingham Gate.

Dining in the Orient Express

The glamorous British Pullman carriages originally ran on legendary 1920s services such as The Brighton Belle and Golden Arrow.

Today, each carriage has been restored to its former glory, with exquisite Art Deco marquetry.

The train heads out of Victoria Station on day trips encircling the British countryside to various destinations including great cities, romantic gardens and historic sites.

51 Buckingham Gate

Thanks to National Rail, we are also delighted to offer the winner and their guest two off-peak return train tickets on National Rail services from stations across Great Britain to London as part of this prize.
