Reconstructing the Ideal

Inspired by the Gallery’s current exhibition on Turner and Claude Lorrain, this workshop will investigate the process of making an ideal landscape image.

Using digital cameras to record landscape elements in nearby St James’s Park, participants will then be introduced to simple photography and collage techniques back in the studio, in order to construct an ideal landscape.
