Information for contributors

Presentations

Speakers will be allocated 20 minutes for their presentation plus approximately five minutes for questions. The conference programme is extremely full, so please ensure your presentation keeps to time.

Postprints

Papers will be published in postprints of the conference proceedings. Contributors will be responsible for obtaining all the necessary copyright permissions for their contributions.

Final manuscripts for publication will be required by 31 October 2009. These should be no more than 4000 words including all references and should contain no more than eight illustrations.

Detailed guidelines for authors will be available at a later date.

Posters

Those contributions that have been selected for presentation as a poster will be allocated space to display an A0 size poster in portrait format.
