Join artist and mindfulness expert Daniel Baker to learn how basic mindfulness techniques, such as attention to the breath and the body, can enhance intention and concentration. Learn how to improve your focus, helping you perform better at work and in the activities that matter to you.

Tutor biography

Daniel Baker is an artist, educator, and qualified mindfulness teacher. Co-founder of Cubitt Education at Cubitt Gallery and Studios, he now runs Social Material, an interdisciplinary studio operating from a mental health facility in Homerton. In Spring 2017 he was Artist-in-Residence at the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow. He has developed innovative arts and mindfulness projects with BACKLIT, Nottingham; Family Mosaic Housing Association, London; In Company Collective; and the Wellcome Collection, London. Daniel is a Winston Churchill Fellow and a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
