Cloakrooms

Please note that at times of increased security, it may be necessary for the Gallery's cloakrooms to be closed to the public.

• Free of charge. Open daily until 5.45 pm, Wednesdays until 8.45 pm.
• Situated at the Getty and Sainsbury Wing entrances. Cloakroom for booked school groups is in the Education Centre.
• Visitors may leave coats, umbrellas, small bags and parcels. All property left at the owner's risk. Please do not deposit fragile or valuable items.
• Please do not leave any perishable food items in the cloakroom.
• No large bags may be brought into the building. Large and bulky items can be left nearby at the Left Luggage Office at Charing Cross railway station.
• The cloakroom does not accept folding bikes.
• Cloakroom areas are under continuous surveillance. For security reasons it may be necessary to check visitors' bags.
