West and east entrances
Reused figures from Marble Arch: two allegorical female figures, personifications of Victory that had olive wreaths substituted for warlike attributes, in niches above main entrance. Flanked by pairs of smaller figures of Trophies. Figures in the east entrance hold artistic implements, those at the west entrance stand empty-handed.
Portico Main Entrance Rossi's group over the entrance, Victories hold wreaths in side niches. In the central niche are two female figures, one on horseback and the other on a camel, used to hold the profile bust of Wellington that is now inside the West Entrance.
East End
At eaves level 'Britannia/Minerva' by John Flaxman (1755-1826).
