The male saint on the left is Valeriano holding the blue and white standard of Forlì. The male saint on the right is Mercuriale, first bishop of Forlì, holding the red and white banner of the Guelphs. Between them the design is unusual, with Saint John, the Virgin Mary and Mary Magdalene apparently in the tomb.
This was the lunette over an altarpiece of 'Christ giving the Sacrament to the Apostles' (Forlì, Pinacoteca).
