Gherardo di Jacopo Starnina (Master of the Bambino Vispo): 'The Beheading of Saint Margaret (?)'
The saint may be Margaret, but may be another female martyr who was beheaded. The panel was probably once part of a predella, the lower part of an altarpiece.

The Master of the Bambino Vispo ('Master of the Lively Child'), is now thought to be identifiable with Starnina, who may have worked in Spain and then in Florence in the early 15th century.
