From the sound artist:
Redon’s painting shows two different moods. Warm colour tones – blends of orange, yellow and pink – make up most of the background and the sky while the blue of the flowers, where Ophelia is placed, are cooler. This contrast between the warm and the cold, life and death, inspired me.
