In Beuckelaer's series based on 'The Four Elements' Air is symbolised by flight.
Year 10 students also looked at flight for their own 'Four Elements' project.
Final ideas included unexpected perspective paintings of a flight on the London Eye, batik designs of hot air balloons and a sculpture which explores the aerodynamic qualities of seed pods.
