Booking your tickets

• Online tickets can be purchased up to midnight on the day before your visit.
• All bookings are confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your booking has not been accepted.

Concessions and Special Offers online

• If booking online, options to buy concessionary tickets (for example, the Wednesday Late Offer or Senior Citizens) appear after clicking 'Continue' on the first booking screen.

Collecting your tickets

• Please collect your tickets from the National Gallery on the day of your visit.
• Tickets cannot be collected in advance or posted to you.
• Please print your purchase confirmation and bring it with you when you collect your tickets.

Free Tickets for Children under 12

• Complete the rest of your booking in the normal way.
• Send an email confirming your booking date and time to tickets@ng-london.org.uk.
• An under 12 ticket will be added to your booking.

Tickets for Visitors with Disabilities and their Escorts

• Visitors with disabilities may be accompanied by an escort at no extra cost.
• Complete an online booking for a concession ticket.
• Send an email confirming your booking, date and time to tickets@ng-london.org.uk.
• An escort ticket will be added to your booking.
