About Season Tickets

• Season tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the named owner. You will be asked to provide proof of identity at the exhibition entrance.
• At very busy times, season ticket holders may be asked to wait at the exhibition entrance for a short time to avoid overcrowding.

Booking your tickets

• Online tickets can be purchased up to midnight on the day before your visit.
• All bookings are confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your booking has not been accepted.

Collecting your tickets

• Please collect your Season tickets from the National Gallery. If you are purchasing tickets in advance of the exhibition opening, your tickets will be posted to you.
• Please print your purchase confirmation and bring it with you when you collect your tickets.
