Framed letter from Henry Willard Smith to Messers Agnew and son

Written from New York and stating that a 'piece of the picture' is enclosed in response to an entry in The Times, written by Agnew's. The letter is concerning the theft of Gainsborough's 'Duchess of Devonshire' and referring to the fragments of the canvas, which are listed under NGA27/33/22/10
