Black edged letter with envelope (14 Nov 1891) from Lord Rosebery, written from Mentmore to Sir William Agnew. Rosebery suggests that a picture of John Morley (probably by Walter William Ouless, commissioned by Rosebery in 1890) be sent to Berkeley Square and expresses admiration for Morley's recent "first-rate" speech in Manchester.
