Description

Black edged letter (17 Aug 1901) from Lord Rosebery, written from 38 Berkeley Square to Sir William Agnew and marked 'Private.' Rosebery writes that he has heard Agnew may be selling his yacht and while he fears it may cost more than he is willing to pay, enquires as to the proposed price. Rosebery suggests that Agnew brings his yacht up to Dalmeny Park, Edinburgh.
