Description

Letter from Briton Rivière to Morland Agnew regarding an interview he is to have with the 'World' [founded by Edmund Hodgson Yates. Rivière is probably referring to the "Celebrities at Home" series of interviews]. He states that he has put it off before as he hates the paper and its principles, as well as being interviewed. He asks that his painting, '[A] Mighty Hunter [before the [Lord]' might be retained at his studio until the interview is over as he has no other work at hand to show.
