Agnew & Sons regarding the portrait of Lady Dashwood-King, which he has seen at the Agnew's Galleries. He writes in light of having seen the picture to rectify a misconception in in the book 'John Hoppner, R.A'. by William McKay and W. Roberts regarding the work.
Also included are biographical details for the subject of the portrait.
