This sub-series contains three Annual Stock Taking Ledgers (1847-1939, NGA27/14/11/1-3), and a volume containing annual summaries of accounts (1948-1951, NGA27/14/11/4). The information contained within these volumes includes debited liabilities (e.g. accounts payable, interest, etc.) and credited assets (e.g. stock, supplies, debtors, etc.). Entries usually include a description, amount and (occasionally) a page reference to the associated ledger or day book.
