Agnew & Sons to Arthur Joseph Sulley, art dealer, regarding a potential delay in the sale of the portrait of [Frances Molesworth] Marchioness Camden by Sir Joshua Reynolds due to its owner, Earl Spencer applying for a Private Act of Parliament. The letter suggests that Sulley may request the return of a cheque from the firm of Agnew's (plus interest) if he wishes.
