Papers relating to taxation of costs

A taxation of costs was performed by the Taxing Office of the Court on the resolution of the case to determine the expenses that will be paid to the acting solicitor. Hugh Courts was required to submit a brief or 'Bill of Costs', itemising the various fees he was owed for the defence of Kempton Bunton. These papers include draft submissions of the costs for both the preliminary hearing and the trial, as well as correspondence concerning the fees for the case.
