File containing correspondence with Chapman and Hall (1868) concerning the accounts and sales of 'The Life of Holbein', with biographical notes, proofs of illustrations and pages from the 'Illustrated London News' (15 November 1856) which includes a reproduction of Holbein's 'Henry VIII giving the charter to the Barber Surgeons' company'.
