Letter from the Treasury regretting inability to sanction any increase in the salaries of the Keeper or of the Clerk at the Tate Gallery, but agreeing to the proposal that the head attendant at that Gallery should be paid £2-2s per week instead of £2 as from 1 Apr 1910. My Lords assented to the proposed increase in the allowance granted to the Clerk at Trafalgar Square from £100 to £150 per annum as from 1 Apr 1910
