Notebook of brief [possibly draft] reports on the meetings of the History of Art society, each entry signed by a different member of the society. The name of the society and its principle aims are discussed, together with suggested membership fees. Proposal for an annual publication called 'Studies in the History of Art'. The notebook also contains loose sheets of estimates, possibly for the cost of producing a publication, and a list of members.
