Description
Sending Mr Burton a list of repairs necessary for the coming year (list not
included), to be sent to H.M. Office of Works, and informing him that Sir
Frederick Leighton will be in Perugia from 8th October and wishes Mr Burton to
write to him there with travel plans and to discuss paintings. Also suggesting
that he begin compiling a register of purchases of pictures, as per Lord
Hardinge's resolution.
