Letter to Mrs. Liggins
|Date||29 March 1881|
Informing the correspondent that Mr. Liggins has taken the law into his own hands regarding the opening of windows in the National Gallery and that he has also received from Liggins an intemperate letter complaining about the Gallery’s ventilation, both of which are not acceptable. He also informs the correspondent that he will investigate the engineer’s actions himself.
