Requesting that after the 1 Aug next he provide for the weekly cleaning work at the Gallery, and that the Trustees and Director desire that he will undertake, for this year, the annual cleaning of the Gallery which usually takes place in Oct, and requests his calling on Friday next between 2 and 4 o'clock to discuss the matter.
