Letter to the Right Honourable First Commissioner of Her Majesty’s Works

Expressing the opinion of the Trustees and Director that a police patrol of the building works at the Gallery at night only would be insufficient, due to substantial security risks during the day, and requesting that the patrol be extended to the daytime [Encloses a letter from a Superintendent Dunlop in support of this request dated 11 April 1885]
