Requesting the Lords Commissioners are informed of the Duke of Marlborough's revised his original proposals respecting the Blenheim pictures and willingness to sell Raphael's 'Madonna and Child' and the equestrian portrait of Charles I by van Dyck separately from the other works selected for purchase. Includes a recommendation from the Trustees and Director over the price and the importance of securing at least one of the Rubens pictures from the collection.
