Letter from a representative of the Prince Francois M. de Bourbon, enclosing a list of fifteen paintings offered, including works by Titian, Murillo, Goya, Rubens, Francia Rambolini, Snayers, Pantoja de la Cruz, Rivera el Espanoleto, Veronese, Jossaert, el Greco and Velazquez, and a subsequent letter from the same acknowledging receipt of the Gallery's reply. The letter has been annoted to note that Director viewed photographs of the pictures but the offer was declined and the photographs returned
