Room XXIX (12) is hung with Michelangelo's "Entombment" (NG790) and "Madonna and Child with Saints and Angels" (NG809), Correggio's "Mercury instructing Cupid before Venus" (NG10), Bronzino's "Allegory with Venus and Cupid" (NG651) and works by Raphael (NG168, NG744 and NG2919), Andrea del Sarto (NG690), and ascribed to Piero di Cosimo (NG895). The view looks west through rooms XXVII (11), XXVI (10) to room XXV (9). Photograph: Origin uncertain. NG neg. M1626.
